The HIO Flaking Machine has emerged as a game-changer for modern livestock and feed production, offering a streamlined farm flaking solution to optimize ruminant nutrition and enable high-efficiency ruminant feed production. After thorough cleaning, grains like corn or barley undergo a precise 50–60-minute cooking process in the machine, followed by flaking to achieve an ideal thickness of 1.5–2.5 mm. The optional drying stage ensures flexibility, after which the flakes are seamlessly integrated into Total Mixed Ration (TMR) systems for cattle feed.

This grain flaking system is specifically engineered for ranches with over 1,000 livestock heads and small-to-medium ruminant feed mills requiring 1–2 tons per hour (Tph) output.
