Bellaex’s Participation in the 8th National Beef Industry Technology Seminar

As a representative of an enterprise specializing in large – scale steam – cooked corn flake production lines, we were fortunate to attend the 8th National Beef Industry Technology Seminar held in Changchun. This grand event focused on the cutting – edge trends and development directions of the beef cattle industry, providing us with a precious platform for communication and learning, and bringing us rich gains.​
At the seminar, experts, scholars and enterprise representatives from home and abroad conducted in – depth discussions on various links of the beef cattle industry. Among them, the theme forum on the integration of production, processing and marketing of the beef cattle industry, which just ended today, attracted special attention. Many senior industry insiders shared their practical experience and innovative ideas in the process of industrial integration. From scientific management and feed optimization at the breeding end, to technological upgrading and quality control in the processing link, and then to the expansion of sales channels and brand building, they comprehensively demonstrated the key role of the integration of production, processing and marketing in promoting the high – quality development of the beef cattle industry.

Our company‘s large – scale steam – cooked corn flake production lines have unique value in the process of integrating production, processing and marketing of the beef cattle industry. In the breeding link, the steam – cooked corn flakes processed by our production lines can significantly improve the digestibility and absorption rate of feed. Through the steam heat processing technology, the molecular structure of corn starch changes from β – starch to α – starch, which is easier to be decomposed and utilized by microorganisms in the rumen of beef cattle, enabling beef cattle to absorb nutrients more efficiently, thereby improving the growth rate and meat quality. Relevant data show that using steam – cooked corn flakes as feed can increase the daily gain of beef cattle by 15% – 20%, and the total digestive tract digestibility is as high as more than 98%, which brings significant economic benefits to breeding enterprises.​
We also met many representatives of beef cattle breeding enterprises, feed processing enterprises and meat sales enterprises, and established extensive business contacts. Through communication with them, we found many potential cooperation opportunities. Some breeding enterprises showed a strong interest in our steam – cooked corn flakes and hoped to further explore cooperation modes to optimize their feed formulas and improve breeding efficiency; some feed processing enterprises expressed their intention to purchase our production lines, expecting to improve their own processing capacity and product quality with advanced equipment.​
In short, participating in the 8th National Beef Industry Technology Seminar has given us a deeper understanding of the integration of production, processing and marketing of the beef cattle industry, and also clarified the direction for the future development of our company. We will take active actions, constantly optimize products and services, strengthen cooperation and innovation, and contribute our own strength to promoting the high – quality development of the beef cattle industry.
