After approximately 40–60 minutes of steaming, the starch gelatinization rate rises to 65%–78%, significantly improving digestibility, feed conversion efficiency, and nutritional uniformity. During the process, the moisture content of corn increases from 17%–18% to around 20%–21%, while the temperature steadily reaches 100°C, creating ideal conditions for starch modification.

This design minimizes energy waste and guarantees stable operation even under continuous production.
