Features

  1. Full-enclosed structure with side heat dissipation meshes; square bearing housings; front and rear door panels can be opened for easy cleaning; observation ports at both bottom sides for monitoring flaking effect.
  2. Rolls: High Ni-Cr-Mo alloy, centrifugal casting (CFHI roller blank), uniform hard layer, chill depth 25–30 mm, hardness HS75 ± 3, dynamically balanced.
  3. Double driven (two Grade 6 motors) for stable torque; hydraulic front-mounted tightening system with dial scale locking device for on-line roller gap / flake thickness adjustment (Patent No: ZL201310303460.7).
  4. Housing and all material-contact parts (front/rear upper & lower door plates, front & rear shells, side protective covers) are SS304 stainless steel; remaining parts are high-quality carbon steel with spray paint.
  5. Both roll ends fitted with pinnacle (wedge) baffles to prevent material leakage.
  6. Scraper system: detachable, adjustable blades for cleaning material adhering to roll surfaces.
