Summary

Bellaex flaking mills ensure uniform flakes around the clock at high efficiency. FC Series flaking mills are primarily used for steam flaking small grains in standard configurations and are equipped with large-diameter, centrifugally cast, chill-hardened high-Ni-Cr-Mo alloy rolls. The Bellaex corn flaking mill uses a rigid base and square bearing housings to maintain roll alignment, ensuring precise and consistent flaking performance while remaining easy to operate.

The Bellaex flaking machine represents the lowest operating cost solution in the industry. Over the past 12 years, more than 300 units have been installed, with over 30 large-scale systems entering service each year in locations such as Morocco, Dubai, Venezuela, and other regions.

Applications & Materials
