How It Works

In a steam-flaked corn line the flaking mill sits after cleaning, tempering, and steaming: conditioned corn enters the roll gap and is pressed into uniform flakes, which then move on to cooling, storage, TMR mixing, or pelleting. It can run as a standalone machine in an existing feed line, or as the core of a complete steam-flaked corn production line.
