2015–2020 — Reliability first. Bellaex supplied high-performance flaking rollers, upgraded hydraulic pump stations, and provided maintenance to stabilize output.
2018 — Process upgrade. Watering/tempering modernized with a German Vibronet tempering machine to accelerate moisture uptake and shorten soak time (≈18 h → ≈4 h).
2021 — Three-month retrofit. Conditioning towers and dryers replaced with Bellaex 8.5 TPH units; FC7150SF flakers installed. Commissioning lifted capacity to about 8.5 TPH (≈200 TPD); subsequent runs reached up to 10 TPH.
Outcome — Capacity gain. The line increased from roughly 130 TPD to ~200 TPD with improved stability and serviceability.
