Google Drive

Bellaex SEO GSC may request the Google Drive "drive.file" permission.

This permission allows the application to create and manage files that it creates or files that a user explicitly authorizes for use with the application.

The application does not request unrestricted access to all files in a user's Google Drive.

Google Search Console

Bellaex SEO GSC may process search performance and indexing information relating to Bellaex-owned or managed website properties.

Google Search Console access is performed through separately configured read-only credentials and is not obtained through the user's Google Drive authorization.

Information processed may include:

The application uses the Google Drive "drive.file" permission rather than requesting unrestricted access to the user's entire Google Drive.

The application is designed to manage only files or folders created by the application or explicitly authorized for use with it.

4. Data Storage

Data processed by Bellaex SEO GSC may be temporarily stored in local processing environments while an authorized data collection task is running.

Validated data snapshots may then be stored in a Bellaex-controlled Google Drive location for internal audit, reporting, historical comparison, and SEO operations.

Snapshot data may include:

• Raw API responses.
• Normalized data files.
• Request metadata.
• Validation results.
• Run receipts.
• File hashes used to verify data integrity.

Access to these files is limited to authorized Bellaex personnel and authorized systems.

5. Data Sharing

Bellaex does not sell Google user data.

Bellaex does not share Google user data with advertisers or data brokers.

Google user data may only be disclosed where necessary:

• To operate or maintain the authorized internal service.

6. Human Access

9. Revoking Google Access

Users may revoke Google account access previously granted to Bellaex SEO GSC through their Google Account security and connected-app settings.

After authorization is revoked, Bellaex SEO GSC will no longer be able to use that authorization for future Google Drive API requests.

Previously created files or previously collected business records may remain subject to Bellaex's legitimate retention requirements unless deletion is requested or otherwise required.

10. Data Deletion Requests

Authorized users may contact Bellaex to request deletion of Google user data associated with their authorization where applicable.

Requests will be reviewed in accordance with applicable legal, operational, and record-retention requirements.

11. Google API Services User Data Policy

Bellaex SEO GSC's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the functionality of Bellaex SEO GSC, its Google API access, or its data-handling practices change.

Material changes affecting Google user data will be reflected in this policy before the new use of data is implemented.
