Since 2008, over 90% of the core flaking machines in Ximai's dozen-plus production lines nationwide have been Bellaex-made, saving more than 10 million RMB compared to imported alternatives.
During the inspection, the team conducted comprehensive assessments of Bellaex's intelligent manufacturing system, precision machining processes, and lean management practices. The inspection covered three core technological advancements:
- Intelligent steam conditioning system (maintaining >92% gelatinization)
- Modular quick-assembly structure (60% faster installation)
- IoT-enabled remote maintenance (<2hr fault response)
The delegation ultimately praised Dalian Bellaex workshop management and equipment manufacturing capabilities as "world-class," confirming plans to deepen the strategic partnership.
