20 TPH Corn Flaking Line(480TPD) Successfully Delivered & Trialed | Bellaex

In January 2026, Bellaex completed the delivery, installation, commissioning, and trial operation of a corn flaking project configured as two lines, each designed for 480 tons/day (≈10*2 TPH) per line under continuous operation assumptions.

The delivered scope covers the full production chain, including raw grain receiving and storage, tempering/soaking, steam conditioning, roller flaking, drying, cooling, packing, and palletizing. The flaking section is built around the Corn Flaking Mill.

The configured process route is: corn cleaning → tempering → steam conditioning → roller flaking → drying → cooling → packing. Trial runs were completed to verify continuous material flow across sections and stable operation of the key process steps.

The line is equipped with automation-enabled parameter control, allowing accurate adjustment of steam addition and roller gap to support repeatable flake formation and consistent operation during production.
