From First Contact to Final Shipment — Project Timeline

• May 2024 — IDMA (Turkey): BellaEx and AZERSUN establish contact at the IDMA exhibition.

• October 2024 — Factory Visit (China): AZERSUN’s team inspects BellaEx production lines and QA procedures.

• December 2024 — Supplier Selection: Following a competitive evaluation among multiple Turkish suppliers—including YEMSA, YEMMAK, STARMAX, and IMAS—BellaEx is selected for its application-driven engineering, delivery reliability, and lifecycle support.

• February 2025 — Site Survey & Drawings: BellaEx’s engineering team travels to Azerbaijan for field measurements; workshop/plant drawings and technical deliverables are completed.

• August 2025 — Shipment Completed: All equipment ships in nine (9) ocean containers, with QC sign-off, photo documentation, and ocean-grade packing.

• Documentation & Support: FAT/QC records, ocean-grade packing (ISPM-15 crate optional), start-up spares, and global installation & commissioning.
