Bellaex proudly presents five corn flaking mills custom-built for our valued client in Venezuela. Each 200 tons per day corn flaking mill represents Bellaex’s commitment to precision, innovation, and trust from both domestic and international partners.
The flaking mill’s shell, protective covers, and front and rear doors are made entirely of stainless steel, ensuring long-term durability and corrosion resistance. The material-contacting parts use high-grade VSS 304 stainless steel for food safety and hygiene. To guarantee stable performance, the flaking mill features Chinese high nickel-chromium alloy centrifugal cast rolls, SKF bearings, and Siemens-Beide high-efficiency energy-saving motors.
This corn flaking mill is equipped with a steam exhaust device that minimizes corrosion from steam exposure, and a PLC-controlled hydraulic pump station that allows convenient adjustment of flake thickness during production. The hydraulic system, speed control, and roller engagement are all operated via the pump station, ensuring precision and safety in every stage of production.
A built-in magnetic separation mechanism prevents metal impurities from damaging the rolls, while the fully enclosed design enhances safety and appearance. This advanced flaking mill combines efficiency, durability, and energy savings, making it ideal for large-scale feed and grain processing.
