Bellaex will deliver two new steam-flaked corn production lines to Hulunbuir Xin Dalu Technology Development Co., Ltd. The project includes two lines rated at 240 tons per day each, with an annual output designed to reach 175,000 tons of steam-flaked corn. Delivery is scheduled for January 1, 2026.

This is an intelligent feed raw-material processing project built by renovating and upgrading an existing idle workshop. The project is intended to raise the technical level of local feed processing and support the industry’s development toward higher efficiency, better quality, and improved environmental performance, contributing to regional feed industry upgrading and more efficient livestock development.
To complete the processing chain, the scope includes key equipment such as raw grain silos, tempering/soaking bins, a conditioning tower, a flaking machine, a horizontal drying box, a packing machine, and a palletizing system. The detailed system coverage includes raw material receiving/cleaning, steam conditioning, corn flaking, drying/cooling, conveying, and the electrical control system. For a full reference flow and scope, see Bellaex’s Steam-Flaked Corn Production Line Solution.
The production route follows a steam-flaking process: corn cleaning → tempering/soaking → steam conditioning → roller flaking → drying → cooling → packing. Corn is treated with high-temperature steam to gelatinize starch and improve digestibility, then formed into flakes of a specified thickness by the flaking machine, and finally dried, cooled, packed, and stored. The core flaking step is centered on the Corn Flaking Mill.
A key technical feature of the lines is intelligent control capability. The system can precisely regulate critical parameters such as steam dosage and roller gap, helping keep product quality stable while enabling efficient, energy-saving operation. Automated parameter control is also described as supporting stable production during operation.
For you as a feed mill, livestock operation, or regional distributor evaluating steam-flaked corn capacity, this project highlights a few practical points to verify on any similar line:
Control points that matter: confirm how steam dosage and roller gap are adjusted and managed in routine operation.
End-to-end chain completeness: ensure the scope truly covers receiving/cleaning through drying, cooling, packing, and palletizing.
Stability before storage: verify that drying and cooling are defined steps before packing and warehousing.
