On the early morning of March 19, Bellaex CEO Raymond Liu and the team traveled to the Nutripura experimental site in Brazil to attend the 12th Nutripura Seminar. During the event, Bellaex joined local partner Idugel to present the HIO corn flaking solution to Brazilian farm owners, industry customers, and partners.
At the seminar, the Bellaex team focused on practical discussions around ruminant nutrition, corn utilization efficiency, and the application of corn flaking in modern dairy and feedlot operations. The event created an opportunity for direct, face-to-face conversations with local users who are looking for more stable and efficient processing methods for feed corn.
The team also used the seminar to collect feedback from local customers on operating priorities such as processing consistency, ease of maintenance, plant layout, and suitability for real farm conditions in Brazil. According to the on-site discussions, many visitors showed strong interest in how corn flaking can help create more value at the feeding end through a more reliable and practical processing approach.
During the event, Bellaex completed more than 20 rounds of customer discussions. These small-group, in-person conversations helped the team better understand local market expectations and the key questions customers are asking when evaluating corn flaking applications for ruminant feeding systems.
Backed by the manufacturing heritage of Dalian Gaochang Group since 1997, Bellaex serves overseas markets with equipment and solutions for edible oil pretreatment, ruminant feed processing, and grain flaking applications. To date, the company has participated in the development of relevant national standards and has built and delivered more than 150 production lines, with approximately 85% of its business serving export markets. This background supported more practical discussions at the Brazil seminar, especially with customers comparing not only equipment performance, but also supplier experience, documentation, commissioning coordination,
and long-term service support.
For customers, this matters in three practical ways. First, corn flaking discussions are moving beyond theory and toward real questions about digestibility, consistency, maintenance workload, and daily usability. Second, compact integrated solutions are attracting attention from users who need a more manageable footprint and clearer operating logic. Third, supplier experience in export projects can help you evaluate issues such as installation planning, spare parts preparation, training, and after-sales coordination more effectively.
If you are evaluating a corn flaking project for a dairy, feedlot, or feed processing operation, this seminar offers a useful reminder: the right solution is not only about flaking corn, but also about matching the process to your plant conditions, operator capability, and production targets. You should look closely at layout efficiency, operating stability, maintenance access, and the documentation and support available after delivery.
