Bellaex Follow-Up Visit to COFCO Jingzhou Highlights Stable Operation of Oilseed Hydraulic Flaking Mills | Bellaex

On the morning of April 16, the Bellaex team paid a follow-up visit to COFCO Oils & Grains Industrial (Jingzhou) Co., Ltd. in Jingzhou, Hubei, to check the operating condition of its oilseed hydraulic flaking mill line. The visit took place in the pre-press workshop, where the team reviewed five hydraulic flaking mills in service, including four round-bearing F8150 units produced in 2011 and one square-bearing F8150H unit produced in 2019. For Bellaex, this follow-up visit was not only part of ongoing customer collaboration, but also a meaningful look at how its equipment continues to perform in real plant conditions after more than a decade of operation.Bellaex team visiting COFCO Jingzhou company

A Customer Follow-Up Visit Focused on Stable Equipment Performance

At the workshop, the Bellaex team reviewed all five machines on site together with the plant team. During normal operation, the machines were running steadily, with low vibration observed during the visit.

For Bellaex, the key takeaway from this follow-up visit was the stable on-site performance of the equipment. After years of continuous plant use, the hydraulic flaking mills were still running steadily, providing a practical reference for equipment reliability under real production conditions. Regular daily maintenance has certainly supported this result, but what was seen on site also reflects the equipment’s sound structure, operating stability, and long-term service value.

Long-Term Equipment Value Supported by Proactive Maintenance Advice

During the visit, Bellaex did more than observe the condition of the line. Based on the actual operating status of the machines, the team proactively shared maintenance suggestions with the customer to help improve daily inspection and support more stable operation over time. These suggestions included paying closer attention to belts, bearings, transmission parts, roll surfaces, and alignment points during routine checks, so that small issues could be identified earlier and corrected before they affected running stability. By focusing on these practical details, the customer could strengthen day-to-day maintenance and improve the consistency of line operation.

After trying these suggestions in practice, the plant side considered them valuable for day-to-day operation and upkeep. This kind of follow-up matters because long-term equipment value is not only about whether a machine can keep running, but also about whether practical service advice can help the customer run it better, more steadily, and with greater confidence.Hydraulic flaking mills operating at COFCO JingzhouHydraulic flaking mills operating at COFCO Jingzhou

Proactive Technical Support Around Belt Noise and Inspection

After the on-site follow-up, the Bellaex team further discussed equipment operation and maintenance details with the customer. Rather than waiting for a larger issue to develop, Bellaex took the initiative to help check the machine’s running condition and discuss possible causes behind abnormal belt noise reported on site.

During this exchange, pulley misalignment was identified as a likely cause, and a practical inspection and correction method was shared with the customer. Bellaex also made clear that follow-up service would continue after the visit, so that the customer could receive ongoing after-sales support based on actual operating needs.

As Minister Ma noted during the discussion: “In actual production, many issues start from small signals. If unusual sound, vibration changes, or wear in transmission parts are checked early, the response can be faster and more effective.”

This proactive support is an important part of Bellaex’s service approach. In addition to supplying equipment, Bellaex aims to help customers identify potential issues early, improve inspection efficiency, and maintain stable line operation over time.

What This Means for Your Plant

For your plant, the value of this kind of follow-up is practical and direct. A follow-up visit is not just about looking at machines. It is about helping you understand how equipment performs after years of use, what operating details deserve attention, and how early technical support can reduce the risk of larger interruptions later.

For other processors and factories, this case also offers a useful reference. When you evaluate an oilseed hydraulic flaking mill line, you are not only evaluating equipment at the time of delivery. You are also evaluating whether the machine can stay stable over time, whether service support is responsive, and whether the supplier is willing to stay involved after installation.

Why Bellaex Conducts Follow-Up Visits

Bellaex carries out customer follow-up visits because real plant conditions provide the clearest picture of equipment performance, service needs, and long-term operating value. A machine’s true performance is best understood not only at delivery, but also after years of daily use in an actual production environment.

That is why Bellaex will continue conducting follow-up visits, strengthening technical exchange, and supporting customers with ongoing after-sales service based on real operating conditions. For processors evaluating equipment life, maintenance planning, and supplier support, this kind of long-term follow-up provides a more practical basis for decision-making.
