Visit recap (concise):

  • Who: GFarm — the largest ranch in The Gambia (West Africa, ~3 million population).

  • Why: Technical tour + sourcing; review of steam-flaked corn and feed/logistics solutions.

Itinerary

  • At BellaEx. We introduced our steam-flaked corn solution (conditioning → roller flaker → dryer/cooler) and ranch-scale deployment for beef/dairy rations.

  • Cixi City (Ningbo north). Plant tour at CP Group’s bulk feed-truck factory Xin Bai Qin (pinyin), covering bulk dispatch and route logistic

  • GSI centralized storage. Review of CP’s GSI silo/centralized storage operation; also looked at egg equipment (layer line) and broiler equipment for scaled poultry production.

  • Yuyao (Ningbo). Sourcing of veterinary syringes and consumables for beef, dairy, and poultry; the client selected several items on site and took samples.

  • Outcome: gFarm expressed strong satisfaction with the solutions and surrounding equipment we presented and purchased.

Drawing Machines
Hydraulic wire drawing machine is mainly used for grinding rollers of flour mills, feed mills, oil mills and wineries, grinding and wire drawing of crushing rollers of crushers. After a period of wear and tear of the crushing roller, the teeth will be blunt. In order to restore the openness of the roller surface, it mast be polished or finely turned with a lathe before wire drawing. It is necessary special equipment for grease processing enterprises.
