Required flake thickness range (mm)
If you have an existing flaker: roll size (diameter × length), roller speed, and whether you prefer one bigger machine or multiple smaller ones
Site layout drawing or sketch, and the position of existing inlet/outlet cutouts
Local power supply (voltage/frequency) and brand preference for motor/gearbox
Once we have these, we can propose a suitable model, send you the foundation & dimension drawings, and fine‑tune the layout to fit your plant.
Q2: Can you quote directly?

Before we issue a techno-commercial offer, we need to reconfirm some key technical parameters to ensure the quotation and design are accurate.

Q3: Can you adjust the flaker design to fit our existing foundation, outlet cutout and site space (including motor arrangement)?
Bellaex's Answer:
Yes. We often work with existing plants where the foundation, outlet cutouts and surrounding space are already fixed. In such cases, our engineer will:
Place the flaker so that the outlet center matches your existing floor cutout center.
Adjust the motor position and orientation according to your available space (for example, if there is no space on the wall side but the opposite side is free, we can place the motor on the opposite side).
Provide updated layout / AutoCAD drawings for your approval before finalizing.This is exactly how we optimized the layout for other oat flaking projects where space was limited on one side of the machine and the motor arrangement had to be adjusted.

Q4: Can you provide all relevant drawings of the flaker, including the electrical drawings and 3D STEP files?
Bellaex's Answer:
Yes. After signing the contract, we can provide the electrical and hydraulic schematic diagrams of the flaker.
For 3D STEP, we can share an envelope model for your layout coordination. Please confirm your preferred STEP version.
Q5: Can we specify the brands for the motor/gearbox?
Bellaex's Answer:
Yes. You can specify your preferred brands for both the motor/gearbox. We can use reliable Chinese local brands or well-known international brands according to your requirements.
Q6: What kind of certificates or compliance documents can you provide for the motor/gearbox, and are you able to provide BIS certification?
Bellaex's Answer:
We can provide manufacturer compliance certificates and other conformity documents for the motor/gearbox, such as CE and Declaration of Conformity (DoC), depending on the brand and model used.For BIS specifically, some international brands (such as SEW) may not be able to provide BIS certificates. In such cases, we will confirm with you whether a manufacturer compliance certificate and other conformity documents are acceptable, and then submit the appropriate certificates accordingly.
Q7: How does it control the feed rate and material flow to the main roller?
Bellaex's Answer:
Before production, we will confirm the tooth profile of the feed roller with you to ensure it is suitable for your material characteristics.
The feeding system is driven by a geared motor, and the feeding rate can be controlled by adjusting the motor speed.
We can also share feed roller photos or drawings for your reference during the design and confirmation stage.
Q8: How do you define the rotation direction of the feed roller, and can the groove profile (width/depth/taper) be adjusted for different products?
Bellaex's Answer:
From the feeding motor side, the feed roller rotates counterclockwise in our standard design. The feeding unit is designed symmetrically (no eccentricity), which makes it suitable for different process configurations.
For the groove profile, we can confirm and customize the groove width, depth and taper together with you according to the product.
We will provide detailed feed roller drawings for your review and final confirmation before production.
