Solution Overview
BellaEx was selected to construct a new steam-flaked corn production line, integrating a coordinated process of steam conditioning, tempering, flaking, and drying/cooling. The line features BellaEx’s flagship equipment combination—Corn Flaking Mill, Conditioner, Horizontal Dryer/Cooler, and Steam Chest—configured for stable, high-quality output at 5 t/hr, enhancing product quality and consistency for ruminant feed SKUs.
Implementation / Timeline & Results
Project start (2014): Baotou Beichen initiated the steam-flaked corn line; after evaluation, BellaEx was chosen to build the entire project.
Engineering & build: Process design, civil & utilities interface support, equipment manufacturing, on-site installation, and commissioning.
Handover & ramp-up: Operator training, SOPs, and acceptance tests to reach the 5 t/hr performance target.
Results: Expanded product range for sheep and cattle; positive customer feedback; strengthened market coverage in China and Mongolia.
