The platform offers two architectures (square or round bearing housings) to balance performance, simplicity, and budget, with options for premium reducers and bearings. The result is stable operation, predictable quality, and fewer interruptions to production.

    How it works

    Roll internal water-cooling

    Each roll integrates a spray pipe, rotary joint, and external in/out lines connected to tap water or a closed loop. This keeps roll surface temperature in range and protects color and aroma.

    Online micro-adjust (patented)

    On square-housing models, thickness is tuned via an adjustment screw while flaking continues—no roll separation required (CN patent ZL2013 1 0303460.7).

    Square bearing housing with protection

    The bolted frame ties front/rear supports, crossbeam, base, and casing together; hydraulic cylinders move the bearing seat on low-wear slides, with disc-spring protection against tramp metal.

    Forced feeding with speed control

    Gear-motor-driven feed roll ensures even intake; speed adjusts to match throughput. (Premium reducer option available.)

    Chill-cast roll set

    High-Ni-Cr-Mo alloy hard layer (25–30 mm) at HS75 ± 3, forged and heat-treated shafts, and dynamic balancing deliver strength, wear life, and smooth operation.
