Strong Start to 2026: Cooperation Agreement Signed for a 10 TPH Corn Flaking EPC Line

In January 2026 in Dalian, China, Bellaex welcomed a delegation from Inner Mongolia Fengsheng Feed, led by the Chairman, for an on-site factory visit and technical exchange. Following the review and alignment meeting, a cooperation agreement signed for a 10 TPH corn flaking production line delivered under an EPC model.
During the workshop tour, the delegation inspected Bellaex’s production workshops and reviewed key solutions tied to corn flaking performance and manufacturing readiness. The visit covered the corn flaking mill, rollers and precision machining processes, and the horizontal drying & cooling unit, with each point explained on-site in relation to practical operation and maintenance considerations.
In the meeting room, the delegation watched Bellaex’s corporate video to gain a clearer view of the company’s development journey and long-term manufacturing capability. Based on the customer’s specific requirements, both sides moved into focused discussions and quickly reached alignment—leading to the on-the-spot signing.
The EPC turnkey scope for this project covers cleaning, soaking, flaking, packaging, plus installation and automated control integration. For buyers evaluating a similar project, it is often helpful to review how a turnkey steam-flaked corn production line is structured, and how feed mill automation defines control boundaries and handover deliverables in an EPC context.

What this means to you

If you are planning a new corn flaking line or an upgrade in 2026, an EPC approach can reduce coordination gaps—but only when scope and acceptance criteria are defined clearly. Before you sign, make sure you can confirm:
  • Interface ownership between cleaning → soaking → flaking → packaging
  • Automation deliverables (control boundaries, alarms/interlocks, documentation, and training)
  • Commissioning acceptance (how throughput and product targets will be verified and signed off)
