The SZLH pellet mill employs a high-precision, imported-brand gearbox to deliver efficient, reliable torque to the die. Fuzzy-logic control optimizes pelleting parameters, while an optimized feeder size/angle ensures uniform feed and stable load. Unique tools simplify die changing and roller adjustment to shorten maintenance windows. Optional oil-level monitoring warns the operator before gearbox lubrication drops. Magnetic iron removal protects gears; a reclaimer safety baffle prevents material/steam recoil; a safety-pin guard keeps fragments secure if a pin breaks.
