Recently, Bellaex has shipped two production lines for corn flakes with a daily output of 240 tons to Hulunbuir, Inner Mongolia. The core equipment of these production lines includes a conditioning tower, a corn flake machine, and drying and cooling equipment, aimed at providing customers with efficient and stable production solutions. Three Core Devices
The conditioning tower is an important component of the production line, made of SS304 stainless steel and featuring a unique conditioning mechanism. It can steam the corn to an appropriate gelatinization degree, ensuring smooth processing in subsequent steps. The conditioning tower is easy to operate, corrosion-resistant, and has a high yield, providing great convenience for customers.
The corn flake machine is the core device of the entire production line, holding a national invention patent and 15 utility model patents. This equipment allows for online adjustment of flake thickness, enabling customers to adapt to different requirements easily. The core component of the corn flake machine is the roller, which is made from high nickel-chromium-manganese alloy produced by China First Heavy Industries, combined with German centrifugal composite casting technology, ensuring uniform thickness and hardness of the rollers. After a single drawing process, this roller can process over 35,000 tons of corn flakes, demonstrating exceptional durability and production capacity.
Finally, the drying and cooling equipment after flaking is equally indispensable. The horizontal drying and cooling box designed by Bellaex offers stronger drying and dehydration capabilities and better cooling effects compared to traditional vertical devices. This equipment can reduce the moisture content of materials from 20% to below 14%, filling a technological gap in the domestic market, and is widely used for drying and cooling flaked corn, soybeans, oats, and other products.
