Chilled Casting Technology: We utilize specialized "chillers" (metal molds) during the casting process to rapidly cool the molten iron. This creates a white iron surface (Cementite) with extreme hardness, known in the industry as Chill Rolls. This structure is vital for resisting the abrasive wear of soybean hulls and grit without losing profile shape.
Alloy Enhancement (Ni-Cr-Mo): By adding precise amounts of Nickel (Ni), Chromium (Cr), and Molybdenum (Mo), we refine the matrix structure. This enhances the High Alloy Chilled Cast Iron, making it tough enough to withstand high nip pressures (hydraulic pressure) without spalling or surface pitting.
Quality Assurance & Balancing: Every Bellaex roll undergoes 100% Ultrasonic Testing (UT) to detect any internal porosity or bonding defects. Furthermore, since flakers operate at high speeds, we perform rigorous Dynamic Balancing (G2.5/G6.3) to prevent vibration, protecting your machine's bearings and ensuring smooth operation.
